Return Policy

Our Return Policy:

 

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must not be on the above list.

Our logistics partners will make two attempts to deliver the items in the event of a replacement. The consumer will be paid for the order even if the delivery is not completed after two attempts, for example, the receiver is unavailable or the premises are locked

Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 6 hours, except for the 4% bank charges.

Please make sure that returned items are well packaged to avoid damage during delivery.

 

We strongly advise our clients to submit returns via a tracked and insured method, as STAGUM will not be held liable for products lost or damaged in transit.

 

If an item or order is returned to STAGUM after the 7-day return period has expired, we will send the customer a gift card for the amount owed, minus any shipping expenses. This policy will not apply if your return does not match these requirements.

In the event of a return, we will inspect the item(s) upon receipt and issue a refund between 10-13 business days.

 

This does not include any postage costs.

 

Allow time for any refund to appear in your account or on your card.

Any items that are not delivered due to the recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt; items that are not collected from the depot will be returned to STAGUM, and we will issue a refund MINUS our postal charges and an admin fee for returned items.

 

 

We recommend that customers provide an address where they can be sure someone will be present to sign for the package (such as their home or place of business), as the package will need to be signed for.

We accept returns if the provided goods are damaged or the incorrect product is delivered. If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify the delivery staff as soon as possible at the time of delivery and notify us at support@stagum.com.

Small cuts, scratches, damage during the cleaning process, and cracks during random displacement are not included in the damages.

 

Products obtained may differ from product photographs, but if you believe the goods received do not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. After investigating your complaint, the customer support staff will make an appropriate conclusion.

Orders placed in Bulk have a value of more than INR 15,000 and come under bulk orders. Return and refund procedures do not apply to bulk orders.

Bulk orders are not refundable under any circumstances; only defective or damaged items can be replaced individually. Depending on the amount, bulk orders may take longer to ship. Our team will confirm the delivery time at the moment of order confirmation.

Return and exchange policies

 

-The product must be returned in its original condition, with no scratches or damage.

-Must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

-Item must not be for sale. All on-sale items are non-refundable.

-It can’t be a custom-engraved item. Custom engraved items are not returnable or exchangeable.
