Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at STAGUM.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Please do allow us upto 72 hours to dispatch your order. Normally, we try to dispach orders within 48 hours. All the orders that will be placed after 1 PM IST will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sundays and all other holidays are dispatched the following working day. During the most busy times, the dispatch time could be deyaled and in such conditions one of our representatives will contact you with the estimated time.

Delivery in rural and miletary areas depends upon the shipping providers and handlers. In the situation when we will not be able to dispatch such orders, we will initiate a refund within 48 hours.

Any state government taxes will be applied to customers. Its not possible for us to predict the possible taxes applied in a particular area/state.

E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after the shipment. Please mail us at support@stagum.com for any questions.

Cancellation policy

Customer can decide to cancel the order within 4 hours of placing the order. We will refund all the charges after deducting any possible bank charges.

For any orders that are being cancelled after the processing starts, the order will not be cancelled. STAGUM has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by STAGUM and accept STAGUM’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Other Cancellation Details:

STAGUM has the right to cancel any order that was placed due to technical issues on site or with incorrect pricing. We will refund 100% amount and the customer will be informed in this situation. Replacement/ Return Policy of Stagum: In 48 hours except the below mentioned conditions:

  • Used or opened items.
  • An item not returned in the condition it was received.
  • Damaged item. STAGUM takes full measures to make sure that the items are delivered in a good shape and as expected.

However, there are rare possibilities of:

  • The item getting damaged during transit.
  • There might be a manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect item being delivered.

In only the above cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the time-frame as given. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above. To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmatio.

STAGUM’s refund Policy in the case of goods unavailability:

In case item sent for replacement is not available, We will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end, the choice of customer will be final.

– If the order confirmed by us is not shipped on time, we will give a full refund.

Cases of customer demanding for refunds:

  • Refund will be 75% of Order Cost, in case customer doesn’t want suitable and available replacement of product.
  • Refund amount will be transferred to the respective account only after receiving the product and by going through quality check.
